Characteristics of High Pressure Grouting Machine:
High pressure grouting machine is composed of main pump, belt gear system, seat, safety stop valve, motor (diesel engine) and special tools, etc. It is an independent working unit. The plunger is lubricated and cooled by oil to ensure the reliability of the seal.
The hydraulic end of the main pump is mainly composed of plunger, plunger seal assembly, suction and discharge valve assembly, pump head, suction channel and other components. The power end is mainly composed of spindle, transmission gear, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead sliding sleeve, crankshaft box and so on.
