Structure and working principle of mortar grouting pump:

This series of mortar grouting pumps are composed of motors, plunger pumps, relief valves, hydraulic reversing valves, cylinders, working cylinders, mixers, fuel tanks, radiators, oil filters, inlet and outlet valves and electronic control boxes.

Motor directly drives the plunger oil pump, and the high pressure oil output from the gear oil pump is controlled by the overflow valve (the pressure that can be adjusted, the pressure is adjusted to close the mixer valve) into the hydraulic reversing valve block, and the hydraulic reversing valve block controls the reciprocating motion of the oil cylinder.
