Structure and working principle of mortar mixer machine:
Mortar mixer machine is driven by a vertical motor, and is fixed on the support frame of the cantilever structure by the bearing seat and the main shaft through the key connection. The blades are serrated and have large shearing force, which can generate irregular strong eddy currents. At the same time, they can tear and smash solid fluids for high-dispersion mixing. The circulating pump of the shaft is forced to send the slurry, and the slurry in the barrel is quickly and uniformly circulated by the pump, and the pulping speed is fast, which takes less than two minutes. Not only the pulping time is fast, but also the prepared pulp is uniform and sufficient, and there is no agglomeration and fish-eye effect, so it is especially suitable for making high-concentration pulp.
