Model LWGJ-300 I-steel cold bending machine (cold bending arch machine) is a new type of automatic steel bending arch machine independently developed by our company. Adopts hydraulic system, with smooth transmission, high pressure and other characteristics, mainly used in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground caverns and other I-steel, channel steel angle steel U-type section bending.
Model LWGJ-300 I-steel cold bending machine can bend various types of profiles such as channel steel, I-steel, H-section steel, flat steel, steel pipe into round, arc, flange, spiral and other workpiece. The equipment has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, strong bearing capacity, fast rolling speed, small volume, low energy consumption, high efficiency, no noise, long life, multi-usage and many other advantages. It replaces the original steel plate blanking, docking, correction, lathe processing and other complex processes, and saves oxygen, acetylene, labor, raw materials, is a kind of high quality, high efficiency winding ring and flange winding equipment.
