Driving Device of Dry Shotcrete Machine:
The fully enclosed oil-immersed reducer is mounted at the bottom of the machine and is driven by three gears. The total transmission ratio is about 87, and the transmission efficiency is 92%. The motor is mounted vertically on the reducer, parallel to the rotor shaft.

Operation Method of Dry Shotcrete Machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
