2. Electrical control device (no control box when explosion-proof motor is used):
The control device consists of leakage air automatic switch, motor and AC contactor, safety device and start stop button, which can realize leakage, over current, short circuit and other protection functions.
3. Dust removal device:
The device consists of compression pad, cover, dust removal pipeline, dust collector and so on.

Operation Method of Shotcrete Machine For Sale:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
