Shotcrete Spraying Machine
Pneumatic Conveying System of Shotcrete Spraying Machine:
The system is mainly composed of distributor, pressure gauge, main air manual valve, upper air manual valve, lower air manual valve, transmission pipeline, nozzle, pressure gauge and so on. The pressure flow introduced by the main air route is divided into upper air route and lower air route through the distributor. The air flow in the upper air passage passes through the rotor body material cavity and brings the concrete material in the cavity into the cyclone. The lower air flow directly enters the cyclone, and the concrete material is fully dispersed in the cyclone and sprayed to the sprayed surface through the conveying pipeline. The top end of the air distributor is provided with a manual valve, which can supply air to the air booster in the middle of the main pipe in order to increase the conveying distance. The other auxiliary air flow led by the air distributor is used to transport liquid accelerator.
