Pumpling System of Portable Concrete Pump:
Outlet flange, hopper, S tube swing valve, cushion rubber pad, eye plate, cutting ring, cylinder, piston, piston rod, seals and other components of full hydraulic double cylinder concrete pumping system, is an important part of the secondary structure pump. S tube swing valve, made of high manganese steel casting, easy to wear surface surfacing anti-wear material; The glasses plate, cutting ring and cylinder are made of high hard and wear-resistant alloy. The piston adopts imported polyether raw materials, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, the key parts of the seal are imported components, so that the pumping system is durable.

Structure and working principle of portable concrete pump:
concrete pump is mainly consists of concrete pumping system, hydraulic electromagnetic commutation mechanism, PLC integrated electrical automatic control system, discrete system, lubrication system, hopper, pump frame and so on (see Fig. 1 for details). PLC controller and inductance proximity switch are used to control hydraulic components such as electromagnetic commutation valve, oil cylinder and swing cylinder. Finally, the S-tube swing valve is opened and closed regularly with the pumping system such as piston and material cylinder, so as to continuously suck and discharge slurry.
