Main Pump of High Pressure Grout Injection Pump:
1. The hydraulic end is mainly composed of plunger, plunger seal assembly, suction and discharge valve assembly, pump head, suction channel and other components. The power end is mainly composed of spindle, transmission gear, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead sliding sleeve, crankshaft box and so on. 
2. The crankshaft at the power end is equipped with three identical connecting rods, each connecting rod is connected to the plunger through the crosshair connecting rod, and the rotary motion of the crankshaft is replaced by the linear reciprocating motion of the plunger to achieve the suction and discharge of liquid. The rotary motion of the crankshaft is achieved by engaging two small gears of the same size on the main shaft with two large gears of the same size on the crankshaft.
3. The plunger at the hydraulic end is hardened with special steel, and the seal can be adjusted by the compression nut on the packing box for a reliable sealing effect. The pump head is forged from the whole material, the suction valve and the discharge valve have the same structure, the use of spring preloading, simplifying the structure of the hydraulic end. The three pump heads are equipped with suction and discharge channels of the same specifications.
4. Crankcase oil level in the pump after rotation, to the center line of the oil mirror shall prevail, not too much or lack.
