Use Precautions of mortar stucco pump:
1. The mortar stucco pump should be placed in a horizontal position as far as possible, so that the tubing and suction pipe will be twisted and discounted, and the suction pipe should be shortened as far as possible. The vertical distance should not exceed one meter.
2. Check the oil tank filter and oil path filter regularly and clean them. Replace the hydraulic oil regularly. It is suggested that the hydraulic oil be replaced once a month or so. Use No. 46 hydraulic oil in summer and No. 32 hydraulic oil in winter. Change hydraulic oil about 45 kg each time.

Working performance of mortar stucco pump:
1. Because of full hydraulic pressure, small volume and light weight, it can be used in a wide range of construction.
2. The adjustable performance is better: within the design range, the pressure displacement of the pump can be arbitrarily adjusted. When the pressure exceeds the allowable pressure, the relief valve will automatically open and the cylinder and working cylinder will stop working, thus playing a safe role.
3. In coal mines and other flammable and explosive construction sites, the series of hydraulic grouting motors use explosion-proof motors, but also can be used safely.
4. The anti-seismic pressure gauge is installed in the oil pressure system, which can accurately reflect the working state of the pump.
5. This series of hydraulic grouting pumps can also be used as water pumps, sewage pumps and mud pumps.
