Structure of Screw Grout Pump:
1. Hopper:
Hopper for welding parts, by feeding pipe and bucket shaped box welding, hopper is provided with a screen, can filter the material. Hopper capacity is about 150L, can store slurry for grouting pump.
2. Turbocharged stator assembly:
The supercharged stator assembly is composed of rubber stator, supercharged worm, stator outer cylinder, adjusting bolt and other parts. The uniform array of the outer cylinder of the stator has 18 M6×12 screws, which are embedded in the rubber stator to effectively prevent the displacement of the stator. By adjusting the 4 compression bolts of the outer cylinder of the stator, the tightness of the worm can also be controlled, which is used for pressure adjustment and compensation after wear.
