Structure of Drill Rigs For Sale:
The drill rigs tool consists of drill pipe, ball tooth bit and impactor. When drilling, use two drill pipe joints to drill. The rotary air supply mechanism is composed of rotary motor, rotary reducer and rotary air supply. The rotary reducer is a kind of three - stage cylindrical gear closed heterotropic component, which is automatically lubricated by screw oiler. The air supply rotary is composed of a connecting body, a seal, a hollow spindle and a drill pipe joint, etc., on which is provided with a pneumatic clamp for connecting and unloading drill pipe. Lifting pressure regulating mechanism is by lifting motor with the help of lifting reducer, lifting chain, and the rotary mechanism and drilling tools to achieve lifting action. In the closed chain system, a pressure regulating cylinder and a moving pulley group are provided. In normal operation, the piston rod of the pressure regulating cylinder drives the pulley group to make the drilling tool realize decompression drilling.
