Description of Dry Mix Shotcrete Machine:
Shotcrete machine has two different types: dry-mix and wet type.
1. Dry shotcrete machine can only spray dry material.
2. Wet shotcrete machine can spray dry material or wet material
3. Shotcrete machine uses concrete pump to convey concrete through pipeline to the nozzle of manipulator, and uses compressed air with accelerator to spray concrete to the wall of shotcrete roadway. It is widely used in various working environments, such as tunnels, culverts, subway, hydropower projects, underground projects, slope protection and high methane mine roadways.

Operation Method of Dry Mix Shotcrete Machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
