Maintenance of Portable Shotcrete Machine:
For the main transmission gearbox:
1. After each shift, the mixing materials and other sundries adhered to the surface shall be cleaned in time.
2. Observe the oil level in the gearbox before starting each shift, and replenish it in time if it is insufficient.
3. When the reducer works, the temperature rise shall not be greater than 60℃, and there shall be no abnormal vibration or noise. Otherwise, inspection and maintenance should be carried out.
4. Replace lubricating oil once for 250 hours.
