Rotor Repair of Shotcrete Machine Rental:
1. The removal and repair of the rotor:
Remove the main shaft of the rotor, pull out the plastic cavity from the rotor hole, clean the rotor thoroughly, turn the end face of the rotor, until the scar completely disappear. Check the plastic cavity and replace it if it is damaged.
2. Repair of rotor liner:
Use a delicate chisel to separate the liner from the rotor. Do not use heavy hammer or other tools to break the particularly hard and brittle rotor liner.
Thoroughly clean the joint surface of the side liner and rotor.
The surface is ground to the liner until the scar disappears.
When the lining plate is installed on the rotor, the column pin should be coated with the surface of the lining plate. Special attention should be paid to not making the column pin higher than the surface of the lining plate, so as not to damage the rubber sealing plate.

Operation Method of Shotcrete Machine Rental:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
