1. Sealing plate and rotor lining plate is the key parts of the machine, pay attention to their maintenance, in order to ensure that there is no failure in the work.
2. The clamping force exerted by the rotor clamping system on the sealing plate is uneven on the distribution of the whole plate, the largest between the discharge port and the residual air port, and the maximum pressure point with the rotation of the rotor constantly drifting back and forth, this pressure difference can be solved by the clamping system, so that the machine operation of the joint surface air leakage is very slight.
3. The correct clamping of the machine in use has an important impact on the cost of wear consumption.

Operation Method of Concrete Spray Machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
