Maintenance of Shotcrete Pump:
1. The rotor liner must be checked weekly and should be reground if there are deep scratches (more than 1mm deep).
2. The edge of the lining plate round hole should be checked frequently, it must keep sharp edge, if the edge is oblique cut, fine particles will easily penetrate into the bonding surface, increase wear. If a new seal plate is replaced and the old rotor liner hole has beveled edges, the service life of the new seal plate will be significantly shortened.
3. Timely grinding of the rotor liner to remove the worn part can save a lot of trouble and cost.

Operation Method of Shotcrete Pump:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
