Start Spraying Operation of Gunite Concrete Machine:
After the preparation work is completed, the mixing material can be added into the machine. The jetter then opens the nozzle valve to prewet the surface of the rock mass. At this time, the machine operator can start the machine and begin to spray concrete. The current working pressure is about 0.2-0.4mpa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixing material and the conveying distance, adjust the air pressure to the cyclone until the jet operator considers the jet velocity appropriate (injection distance 0.6-1m). After the lower pipe valve is adjusted, open the upper pipe valve again until there is no more material leaking out of the residual air port of the machine.

Operation Method of Gunite Concrete Machine:

According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
