Because of the full hydraulic pressure, small size and light weight, it can be used in a wide range of construction. Good adjustability: the pump's pressure displacement can be arbitrarily adjusted within the design range. When the pressure exceeds the allowable pressure, the relief valve will automatically open and the cylinder and working cylinder will stop working, thus playing a safe role. The motor and air cooler of this series of grouting pump can be used in flammable and explosive construction sites such as coal mines after being replaced with explosion-proof components. A shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed in the hydraulic system, which can accurately reflect the working state of the pump. This series of hydraulic grouting pumps can also be used as water pumps, sewage pumps and mud pumps.

Maintenance and precautions of Hand Operated Grout Pump:
hydraulic grouting pump should be placed as horizontally as possible and fixed well to avoid twisting and discounting of tubing and suction pipe. The suction pipe should be shortened as far as possible and its vertical distance should not exceed 1 m. Regular inspection of oil tank filter, oil filter, and cleaning, regular replacement of hydraulic oil, it is recommended to replace hydraulic oil once a month or so. Use No. 46 hydraulic oil in summer and No. 32 hydraulic oil in winter. The amount of oil is about 45 kg. The working site should have sufficient water source so that the hydraulic joints can be inspected regularly without loosening. Construction operators should have certain grouting experience to ensure smooth construction operation. Electric control boxes and motors should be kept clean and dry, and the integrity of connecting wires should be checked regularly to avoid breakage and leakage of electricity. When handling machines, don't have big bumps, and don't knock the parts of the machines at will.

Transportation and storage of Hand Operated Grout Pump:
Two liquids cement sodium silicate grout pump should not be subjected to severe vibration and impact during transportation in order to avoid damage to the machine parts, nor should it be mixed with corrosive substances for transportation. The main engine should be stored in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive place, and do a good job in rainproof (snow), moisture-proof and waterproof work.
If the grouting pump is placed for a long time, when it is put into use again, attention should be paid to checking the aging of the oil pipe and the blockage of the pipeline, etc. After troubleshooting, the machine can be tested.
