Manual Hand Grout Pump
Preparatory work before pump operation of Manual Hand Grout Pump:
1. Check whether the power supply is matched.
2. According to the requirements in the crankcase into the right amount of lubricating oil;
3. Check whether the fasteners are loose;
4. Check whether the control button is accurate, sensitive and reliable;
5. Check whether the transmission parts are flexible;
6. Check whether the suction channel is unobstructed, no air leakage or blockage phenomenon;
7. The self-priming capacity of the machine is not good. In order to make the pump work reliably, it is recommended that the height of the pool surface and the suction inlet of the pump be flat or inverted.
