Accelerator metering adding system of Shotcrete Sprayer For Sale:
The system is mainly composed of accelerator box, metering pump, atomizer, accelerator supply valve, water supply valve, cleaning water valve and so on. The metering pump sends the liquid accelerator from the accelerator box to the nebulizer through the accelerator supply valve according to the set output. In the atomizer, it is mixed with the auxiliary air flow from the distributor and atomized, and then sent to the nozzle through the pipe to be mixed with the concrete material and sprayed to the sprayed surface together with the concrete material.
