Description of Gunite Machine Price:
Hydraulic and electromagnetic reversing system is the main role of concrete pump movement control, pressure adjustment, is the control element of power machine. It mainly consists of solenoid valve, safety relief valve and valve body, oil tank, oil pipeline and so on. The whole oil pipeline design is optimized, the heat loss is low, and the system is more stable. The motor and gear pump provide sufficient power support for the hydraulic system, and the pressure of the relief valve is adjustable to provide stable pressure for the whole system. It is equipped with inlet and outlet oil filter, pressure measuring joint and 40MP pressure gauge, which can monitor and adjust the pressure of the system. The reversing of the pump is dependent on two normally open inductance type access switches of the main cylinder (model: PR18-8DN; DC24V) when the proximity switch senses the signal, the signal is transmitted to PLC, and then PLC issues instructions to control two groups of solenoid valves to change the running direction of oil circuit, and control the corresponding cylinder action to complete the reversing.
