Gunite Shotcrete Machine
Replace New Sealing Plate of Gunite Shotcrete Machine:
1. With A opener or wrench to pry out the rubber plate;
2. Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the bottom plate;
3. Put the rubber plate in the direction of positioning and turn it around to the connection position of the transmission key, and slightly tilt;
4. Press the inclined position with one hand, and gently knock around with a hammer with the other hand to make the rubber plate evenly into the bottom plate.

Operation Method of Gunite Shotcrete Machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
